Giving are two faces of the same coin. Community plays a
crucial role in the growth of an organisation and the
organisation acknowledges this by giving generously back
to the community.
Satya
Foundation, the outreach cell of the
organisation works towards creating awareness and
sensitising citizens by directing their focus on
pressing issues threatening communities and the world at
large.
'Tanu, Mana, Dhana' - Progress or change
needs the 3D involvement . Mental Involvement to
identify the need and plan the change, Physical
Involvement to implement the change and Financial
Involvement to execute it. With a holistic participation
in community projects we are taking baby steps towards
building effective communities.

Eco-Friendliness: We
in all our ventures implement Reduce, Reuse and Recycle.
We reduce wastage of power and water by using equipments
and procedures that utilise these valuable resources
effectively. We facilitate Reuse of old furniture,
accessories, medicines and equipments by donating it to
charitable organisations. Solid waste management
techniques and procedures aid in recycling. We promote
maximum use of natural materials in our operations. We
are working towards Plastic free work spaces across our
organisation.
Clean and Green
Communities: We create awareness
among the residents / occupants of our residential and
commercials setups regarding the need to maintain a
clean and green environment. We provide support to our
immediate community and assist them in cleanliness
drives and eco-preservation drives. This includes
planting trees, ensuring right waste disposal systems
are available, preserving and developing Parks, public
Play areas, lakes in partnership with government
agencies.
Rural
Education: We provide infrastructural
and instructional support to government schools,
anganwadi centres and crèches. We also provide training
to the rural educators in use of modern learning
approaches sing cost effective equipments and aids. We
also provide scholarships to children from BPL families
who are keen on pursuing their education. We also

Rural
Health Care: We conduct health and
awareness camps in rural areas to propagate the
advantages of good nutrition and care in pregnant women,
children and the aged.
Heritage preservation
: We promote preservation of our rich
culture and heritage by supporting research, publishing,
revival efforts and providing platform for local
artisans to exhibit their talents and popularize the art
form.
Awareness
programmes: We conduct half day, full
day and weekend programmes for children on issues such
as environment education, culture and heritage, civic
responsibilities, Personal rights, life skills
encouraging them to actively participate in the 'Change
